About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team at our Rijeka facility. The role involves hands‑on assembly of electronic devices, working closely with the production team and reporting to the Production Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manually assemble electronic devices according to work instructions and technical documentation.
• Perform manual soldering of electronic components.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts of the product.
• Prepare components and materials for production runs.
• Conduct visual quality checks during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the rest of the production team to meet manufacturing targets.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS).
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Good fine motor skills and dexterity with small components.
• Ability to follow work instructions and technical documentation.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
