About the role

We are looking for a responsible, precise and practical individual to join our team as a Furniture Assembler. The role involves assembling and installing premium Italian furniture and kitchens at client locations across Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, mount and install furniture using hand, electric and specialised tools.
• Travel to client sites, including locations outside Zagreb, to carry out installations.
• Take measurements on‑site and verify dimensions and technical conditions before work begins.
• Read and interpret technical and workshop drawings, collaborating with design colleagues on feasibility and functionality.
• Report any technical issues or deviations promptly.
• Handle, load, unload and transport furniture components, ensuring proper care of goods and equipment.
• Maintain a tidy and organised work environment and responsibly use company tools and vehicles.

Required profile

• Previous experience assembling premium Italian furniture and kitchens.
• Proven ability to work independently on interior equipment installations.
• High attention to detail, reliability and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence and experience driving a van.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zagreb and other parts of Croatia as project needs dictate.
• Professional attitude towards clients, colleagues and project stakeholders.
