Merchandiser – Full‑time Sales Role

About the role
Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser and help showcase our brands in retail locations. You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure product placement aligns with brand standards while driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves.
- Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
- Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands and educate customers.
Required profile
- 21 years or older, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
- Availability to work occasional weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
