Mechatronics Technician – Advanced Automation & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team in advanced automation and manufacturing projects. You will work on developing simpler, smarter systems while collaborating closely with electrical and mechanical design departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assemble automation solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Apply knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and automation fields to complete tasks.
• Work independently using checklists, testing plans, and assembly documentation.
• Perform project assembly and commissioning both locally and abroad.
• Support technical improvements and cooperate with design teams.
• Ensure all work follows quality standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong electrical and mechanical assembly abilities.
• Quality‑ and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving skills and high‑quality workmanship.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Good English communication; German is a plus.
• Physical capability to bend, stand, climb and lift heavy objects.
