Logistics Manager – Warehouse & Warranty Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse and warranty operations in Croatia. You will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling logistics processes to ensure cost‑efficient performance and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics activities and manage logistics, warehousing and service teams.
• Control costs against the annual budget and drive service‑cost optimisation with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate shipments from the central EU distribution centre and other vendors.
• Handle customs clearance, provide required documentation and resolve customs issues.
• Organise quarterly stock counts and ensure accurate inventory results.
• Maintain documentation flow for shipping and commercial documents.
• Advise on optimal logistics solutions and support continuous process improvement.
• Enhance warehousing solutions and optimise WMS systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply‑chain role.
• Proven experience leading a small team.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as ODOO.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
