About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Designer to lead the creation of project and workshop documentation for production, manage material procurement and oversee the manufacturing process at POLIROL in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project and workshop documentation for production as the project leader.
• Procure necessary materials to realise the project.
• Monitor the production process to ensure timelines and quality.
• Supervise the installation of constructed products on short‑term field assignments.

Required profile

• Higher education (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Work experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to use both 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
