Junior Sales Associate (German Speaking)

About the role

Crossvallia, a provider of IT infrastructure, cloud computing and security services, is recruiting a Junior Sales Associate (m/f) for its Sarajevo office. The role represents HAProxy Technologies, the maker of the software load balancer HAProxy, to German-speaking customers. It is a full-time position open to candidates living in Bosnia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as first point of contact for key players in the German territory
• Present, promote and sell HAProxy products and services to assigned customers
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Research clients' needs and businesses, and act as regular point of contact for account management matters
• Proactively suggest and promote products and services that fit clients' needs
• Reach out to inbound and outbound leads and answer client queries promptly, tracking, assisting and escalating issues
• Analyse market potential, track sales and prepare status reports, and coordinate with engineering, support and management
• Provide after-sales support and prepare account reports for deal and customer reviews

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; very motivated candidates with less experience may be considered
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and with changing priorities
