IT System Administrator / IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT colleague who enjoys solving concrete technical challenges and wants to work in an environment where IT is a strategic part of the business, not just user support. You will handle server and network infrastructure, virtualization, ERP systems, backup, video surveillance and industrial IT.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer server and network systems.
• Provide IT support to end‑users.
• Monitor, update and configure existing IT infrastructure.
• Install and test new server and network solutions.
• Administer Active Directory and Hyper‑V environments.
• Manage backup systems and support ERP applications.
• Administer video surveillance, mobile devices and industrial printers.
• Create technical documentation and keep records.
• Collaborate with external IT partners.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Hyper‑V.
• Understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing, firewall, Wi‑Fi and NAT.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience maintaining computers, peripheral equipment and providing user support.
• Self‑reliant, responsible and ready to work in a team.
