About the role

We are looking for engineers or technicians with hands‑on experience in testing, protection and commissioning of electrical power installations. The position is based in Croatia with frequent assignments in Bavaria, Germany, and involves both on‑site work and travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and verification of power plants before hand‑over.
• Commission switchgear installations and associated protection and control systems.
• Check technical compliance with project documentation and standards.
• Test protection and control functions and diagnose faults during start‑up.
• Document test results, prepare hand‑over reports and coordinate with designers and project stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of current standards, new technologies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Completed education in electrical engineering (secondary, vocational or university level).
• Practical experience in testing, commissioning, protection or maintenance of power installations.
• Good understanding of medium‑ and low‑voltage switchgear.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work on field assignments.
• Basic knowledge of German is desirable.
