Independent Transport Agent – Transport Broker (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to become Independent Transport Agents and Transport Brokers, building their own transport business while receiving full infrastructure support from Taylor Shipping Solutions BH. This part‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 14:00‑16:00, from our Sarajevo office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US trucking market.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers, brokers and clients.
• Organise and monitor shipments, using company systems and tools.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivation, initiative and a learning mindset.
• Responsibility, discipline and willingness to work with US time zones.
