About the role
Apart Hotel Centar Sarajevo is looking for a handyman (domar) to keep its property in good condition. The work covers regular inspections, small repairs and garden maintenance, and is offered on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Regularly inspect the premises and spot defects, and take action to fix them
- Carry out carpentry, locksmith, plumbing and painting work
- Maintain equipment and carry out gardening work such as landscaping and upkeep of green areas
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required profile
- At least secondary vocational training
- Good communication, friendliness and willingness to work in a team
- Personal culture and ethics, initiative; experience is not required but preferred
- Category B driving licence
