About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at our hotel, ensuring high‑quality service, guest satisfaction and profitability across restaurants, bars and banquets.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize and direct daily F&B operations across all outlets, maintaining efficiency and service standards.
• Develop, monitor and control the F&B budget, forecasting resources and managing costs.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus, set pricing and ensure brand consistency.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene compliance through regular quality audits.
• Lead, motivate and mentor staff, organising training to meet brand service standards.
• Enhance the guest experience by acting on feedback and implementing service improvements.
• Work with other department heads to create cohesive packages and promotions.
• Implement sustainability practices throughout F&B operations.
• Oversee planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
