Financial Representative – Commercial Vehicle Financing

About the role

MAN Financial Services, part of TRATON Financial Services, is expanding its presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is looking for a Financial Representative to join its team in Sarajevo. The role combines customer relationship management, sales of financing solutions, credit assessment, contract management and portfolio follow-up, working closely with the commercial organization to offer customers integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers through the financing process, from assessing their needs to preparing proposals, contracting and ongoing portfolio management.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and understand their needs to prepare tailored financing proposals.
• Analyse customer creditworthiness, financial position and business risks, and ensure sound credit decisions.
• Prepare financing applications, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Monitor financing agreements, portfolio quality and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data protection and internal requirements.
• Monitor market trends and provide customer and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking, financial administration or a similar role in the financial sector.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic principles of credit and financial analysis.
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and confidence with business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several customer cases and priorities.
