About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team, working on industrial facilities across Croatia and Germany. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining electromechanical systems in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Install, route and secure various types of electrical wiring and cable trays.
• Mount protective mechanical equipment and connect devices according to plans.
• Commission motors, sensors, actuators, switches and integrate them into the power network.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical issues, maintaining automatic and semi‑automatic machines.
• Work on automation and process‑control systems and develop new mechatronic solutions.
• Ensure daily activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards and workplace ethics.

Required profile

• Strong electrical assembly skills with a focus on quality and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites.
• Good English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, climb and lift heavy objects.
