Electrical Assembler – Control Cabinet & Wiring

About the role

PIA Automation Croatia is looking for a skilled Electrical Assembler to join its Zagreb team. You will be responsible for building and wiring control cabinets for automation projects, both locally and abroad, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble control cabinets and wire control systems for automation applications.
• Work independently using checklists, testing plans, and assembly books.
• Interpret specification drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
• Participate in project assembly, commissioning, and on‑site support.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical design departments on technical improvements.
• Follow established quality standards and safety procedures throughout all tasks.

Required profile

• Strong electrical assembly expertise with a focus on quality and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• Good English communication skills; German is a plus.
