About the role

The Travel Agency Staff member will support daily administrative and sales activities for a growing travel agency. You will interact with both domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of tours and travel packages.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative and agency tasks, prepare accounting documentation, and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, hotels, restaurants, transport companies, and guides via phone and email.
• Negotiate terms with hotels, restaurants, transport providers, and tour guides.
• Create offers for excursions, multi‑day tours, and individual or group travel packages.
• Sell excursions, transfers, accommodation, and package deals to individual guests and groups.
• Organise arrivals/departures, reserve accommodation, excursions, and transfers, and monitor on‑site program execution.
• Prepare travel documents, vouchers, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with Croatian tourism laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS/VSS) with at least one year of experience in a travel agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational skills, independence, and good communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings.
• Familiarity with the local tourism offer and destinations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using reservation systems.
