About the role

The company MITAN MARINA is looking for a ship mechanic to maintain, service and repair boat and off‑boat engines, as well as related assemblies such as shafts and propellers, at its base in Novi Vinodolski. The role involves hands‑on work with propulsion systems and diagnostic equipment to keep vessels operating safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing and repair of boat and off‑boat engines.
• Inspect, adjust and repair associated components including shafts, propellers and other mechanisms.
• Operate and diagnose machinery and devices used in marine propulsion.
• Conduct routine diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards during all work.

Required profile

• Proven experience with marine engine maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work with mechanical assemblies and diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to follow regulated working hours and safety procedures.
