About the role
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator to oversee the fruit and vegetable storage facility in Metković. The position is centred on handling incoming documentation for the seasonal mandarin purchase period, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and that the warehouse runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Process, verify and archive receipt documents related to mandarin procurement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all incoming produce, including quantities and quality checks.
- Organise storage locations so that items are easy to locate and retrieve.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align documentation with actual deliveries.
- Support inventory audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Fast, precise and highly organised individual.
- Excellent memory for locating items within the warehouse.
- Comfortable working in a structured, detail‑oriented environment.
