About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Administrator. The role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth order processing and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Receive, process and track customer orders.
• Prepare offers, pro‑forma invoices and other sales documentation.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse, production and logistics.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with other internal departments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; preference for economics or related studies.
• Experience in administrative or similar roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Responsible, precise and able to work independently.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
