About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Worker (m/f) to join our civil‑construction team in Zagreb. The role supports the accounting and HR functions by handling paperwork, invoices and employee documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and collect documentation required for accounting.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices and maintain their records.
• Maintain general administrative files and employee records.
• Track medical examinations and health certificates of staff.
• Administer documentation related to employee accommodation.
• Prepare and monitor work permits and residence permits for foreign workers.
• Purchase simple materials, occasionally under supervision.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented individual.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently and support a team.
• Familiarity with construction‑related administrative processes is a plus.
