About the role
Marčeta wines are expanding their presence in the Zagreb region and are looking for an ambitious sales representative to drive wine sales and build the brand’s market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the wine sales portfolio across Zagreb and surrounding areas.
- Identify, approach and negotiate with restaurants, hotels, wine bars and wine shops.
- Present Marčeta wines, conduct tastings and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships while continuously seeking new opportunities.
- Track sales performance and report results to management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in wine sales or the HoReCa sector.
- Deep knowledge of the Zagreb hospitality scene.
- Established contacts with restaurants, hotels, wine bars and wine stores.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Valid B‑category driving licence.
