Customer Service Supporter (m/f) - 20 Hours Per Week

About the role

JYSK is looking for a Customer Service Supporter for its Customer Service department in Sarajevo. You will act as a customer ambassador, handling customer enquiries through various channels and solving problems while preventing them in the future. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, on a rotating schedule between Monday and Friday during operating hours from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, e-mail, chat and social media
• Identify customer issues, solve them and prevent them in the future
• Create sales on incoming requests
• Provide professional, positive and competent service in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team

Required profile

• Customer-oriented, empathetic and able to listen to and support customers
• Professional, open to dialogue and able to work in a team
• Understanding of time-sensitive issues and flexibility to work 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule
• Excellent knowledge of your native language, written and spoken; English is a great plus
• Basic computer skills, quick and accurate typing, and ability to learn new programs and read guides
