About the role
We are seeking a production worker to prepare sandwiches and catering dishes for Fine Food in Sarajevo. The role involves handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining strict hygiene and HACCP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Procure and manage raw materials and packaging, ensuring rational use.
- Receive, inspect, store, and preserve goods according to HACCP procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Prepare auxiliary ingredients and assemble various types of sandwiches and catering meals.
- Operate and monitor production machines, ensuring correct shaping, decorating, and quality of products.
- Prepare bakery items, pastries, cakes, creams, and semi‑finished products for catering.
Required skills
- Machine operation in a food production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
- Food preparation and handling.
