About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at O'brok bar and restaurant, a well‑known venue in the heart of Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a high‑quality dining experience in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Know the menu and drinks list and present dishes in both Croatian and English.
- Issue invoices, handle cash‑register transactions and settle bills accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, complying with all health regulations.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Communicative, guest‑oriented, polite and courteous.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (spoken and written).
