About the role

The company is looking for a Construction Engineer or Technician to support daily site organization, monitor work progress, and prepare technical project documentation. The role involves close collaboration with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in organizing and monitoring construction site activities.
• Track dynamics, quality, and quantity of performed works.
• Prepare and maintain site and technical documentation.
• Review project documentation and cost estimates.
• Calculate work execution reports.
• Monitor material consumption and site needs.
• Assist in planning workforce, materials, and machinery.
• Coordinate with site manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants.
• Support implementation of occupational safety measures and quality control.
• Work on renovation, civil engineering, and building projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Active knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with construction legislation and regulations.
