About the role

We are looking for a responsible, communicative and organized individual to lead birthday celebrations at MiniPolis, an interactive theme park in Zagreb. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing children’s birthday parties while ensuring a high‑quality experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly coordination and planning of staff schedules.
• Daily management of children’s birthday events.
• Handling reservations in collaboration with the booking team and post‑activity follow‑up.
• Planning, procurement and operational execution of party activities.
• Organising all necessary preparations and resources.
• Leading a team of animators.
• Monitoring service quality and ensuring standards are met.
• Analyzing costs, tracking competition and proposing service improvements.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (VSS) and higher education (VŠS) preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Relevant training in informal education, communication or child‑care (courses, seminars).
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Word, Excel).
• Availability to work weekends and afternoon shifts on weekdays.
