About the role
Herbal Group is seeking a Finance Department Manager to lead the financial operations of the company. The role involves overseeing daily cash flows, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise daily financial flows and company obligations.
- Prepare monthly, periodic and annual financial statements for management.
- Create budgets (income and expense plans) and monitor real‑time execution.
- Control accounting documentation and coordinate with external auditors, banks and tax authorities.
- Coordinate and direct the work of finance and accounting staff.
- Process payroll.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in economics (finance, accounting or controlling).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar managerial positions.
- Excellent knowledge of legal, accounting and tax regulations.
Required skills
- Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with the Pantheon accounting software.
