About the role
The company is looking for a Site Manager specialized in earthworks to lead and coordinate construction activities on sites around Zagreb. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate the work of construction workers on the site.
- Monitor the execution of works and ensure compliance with schedules.
- Coordinate daily site activities and manage on‑site logistics.
- Read construction drawings and maintain required documentation.
Required profile
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Experience in drainage, excavations, preparatory and related construction works is desirable.
