About the role

The company is looking for a reliable maintenance professional to keep its facilities, equipment and installations in good working order.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, surrounding areas, equipment and technical installations.
• Receive and process requests for interventions.
• Coordinate and control external service providers.
• Record material and spare‑part needs, receive ordered items and keep warehouse records according to regulations.
• Diagnose and repair faults in company premises.
• Clean and upkeep the environment around the facilities.
• Perform other duties in line with the position and qualifications.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of construction work and technical installations.
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulousness and accuracy.
