IT System Administrator (m/f)

About the role

INVENTRY is seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to join its fast‑paced support team. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure while working in a 24/5 rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and overall system performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Apply system updates, patches, and perform regular backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve incidents promptly.
• Implement security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and access policies.
• Document configurations, procedures, and support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

Required profile

• Fluent English (German optional) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and handle critical incidents calmly.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
